“We can’t become what we need to be by remaining who we are” - Oprah.

When we release something from our lives, we allow ourselves to detach from thoughts, feelings, people, and situations that are no longer meant to take up space. Whether it’s a relationship that has run its course, or a job that is no longer a fit for you, or a home you once lived in, we must let go of these things to invite the new. We must let go of the past in order to evolve. And as I always say, an evolving mind is a healthy mind. In this episode, I'm giving you actionable tools on how to let go and start enjoying the next phase of your life.

Thank you thank you thank you for this episode. I am struggling with letting go of a toxic relationship and I needed to hear this right now. I took notes and will be reading them every time I get into self doubt mode. I don't know why I'm struggling so much with letting go when I know it's for the best and what I'm holding onto has been draining the life out of me. Why do I miss someone who was so bad for me?
