I don't know about you, but I am guilty of what I refer to as, "future tripping." This is where you start to think WAY too much about the future, and almost obsess about things that haven't even happened yet - or may never happen! Future tripping can cause anxiety, because we take ourselves out of the moment. I find I'm much more at peace, much more creative, much more focused, and much more powerful when I can just be in the NOW. When I can be mindful of the present moment and truly sink into that.
 
I have a very special guest today that I'm so excited to share with you. We are going to dig into this topic, as well as so many other aspects of mindfulness and what it looks like to feel more present, so that you can create the life of your dreams.
 
Stephanie Catalano earned a Master’s-Degree and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Life Coach, and Author.
