I LOVE getting dressed up. To me it's an art. Now more than ever, I have been super intentional about the way I get up and get dressed each day. Because we are in quarantine, it can be a challenge to get out of our pajamas or sweatpants, but let me tell you, putting on a fabulous outfit with all my vintage accessories completely transforms my mood. I feel more productive, creative, and inspired. And to be honest it has saved my sanity over the past few months.

I love to set my intentions at the top of each month. It helps me stay focused and in alignment with whatever I want to bring to fruition for myself. Intentions are different than goals. In fact, I much prefer setting intentions because they allow me to stay in a high vibe without attaching myself to a specific outcome. For me, a goal can limit me and cause me to think there's just one to do something. Whereas an intention reminds me of how I want to feel, rather than what I want to achieve. And it leaves room for the universe to do it's magic!
