"Sometimes the greatest adventure is simply a conversation." - Amadeus Wolfe. In this episode, Cara sits down with Noa Shaw of SoulCycle and discusses everything from their shared passion for music, helping others, the importance of gratitude, their lowest lows, how he builds a SoulCycle playlist, and more.
