A quick, motivating episode about how fast life moves and what I believe is the #1 secret to success (hint: it has nothing to do with money, connections, or talent).

Here's one thing I know for sure: we can't get what we want if we don't know what we want. When is the last time you physically wrote down what you were available for in your life? I found myself home the other day with a lot of time on my hands and really crappy weather here in NYC, so I took the time to realign my energy and be intentional about what I plan to continue to allow into my world. In this episode, I'm sharing more about this ritual and just how powerful it can be. It's time to get honest about your standards and your desires. Are you ready?
Being a BOSS is more than what it looks like on the outside. It’s a feeling. An energy. A KNOWING that you are worthy of everything you want and everything you are becoming. In this episode, I'm sharing my top 5 ways to cultivate your confidence and show up in your life and business like a true boss. From embracing our vulnerable sides, to shifting our perspective on our life stories, I'm breaking it all down to help you feel like the baddest babe possible.

Whew! It's nearly September, ladies! Where did summer go!? As we close out another season, I'm back with a life update, and some thoughts around why we should make (and break) our own rules, what it looks like to choose hope over fear, and why I am a huge fan of CHANGE. If you've been feeling some resistance lately, questioning everything, and feeling like you can't move forward until you know what's next, this episode is for you.
I like to say I see the world through rosé colored glasses. I make it a point to choose optimistic, positive, blissful thoughts, which create an optimistic, positive, blissful reality. The first step to making any real change in our lives and our businesses is to change our energy. Our energy, or vibration, is the frequency we put out into the world that determines the quality of our experiences. Getting in a high vibe is the quickest way to supercharge your soul and skyrocket your success. We cannot create quality content from a low vibration. In this episode, I will help you identify what is, and what is not serving you, raise your frequency, and create your energetic outline for your success.

I honestly could not love Angie Lee any more. I had a chance to sit down with her and talk all things bravery, building community, and learning to find comfort in the question mark. Angie is one of those few women who does it her way and isn't afraid to tell you why. If you've ever found yourself worried about the unknown, but excited about a brand new venture, this one's for you! She also gets vulnerable and talks about the process of removing her breast implants and why she did it. Pour a cup of coffee and dive into this inspiring, juicy, and hilarious episode.

Social media has changed the game for us - whether we run a business online or not. We're constantly checking our phones throughout the day, responding to messages and absorbing information - and it's overwhelming. So how do we utilize the benefits of technology but also stay sane? Where do we draw the line between being available to others online but also keeping some boundaries?
Join me for this fascinating conversation about the way social media has changed our brains with psychologist and coach Dr. Fritz Galette. You'll walk away with some practical tips on how to manage the abundance of communication that consumes our daily lives.

When is the last time you spontaneously created something? Calling myself an artist rather than an entrepreneur has been a game-changer. It has allowed me to work from my soul rather than a blueprint. In this episode, I'm sharing my thoughts on creativity and getting back in touch with our intuition when it comes to our work and the mark we're leaving on the world.
We need to talk about mental health. In light of the recent suicide of Kate Spade, and watching so many women (myself included) struggle with overwhelm, anxiety, and depression, it's time to talk about what happens behind the lip gloss and selfies. Behind the best seller lists and seven-figure incomes. In this episode, I'm vulnerably talking about my own personal boundaries and how I'm changing what I allow into my world, and sharing tips on how to prioritize your overall well being as a woman in business.

As someone who has struggled with her weight for most of her entire life (I joined weight watchers at 11 years old) I know what it feels like to have a completely dysfunctional relationship with food and with my body. After becoming a professional dieter, and losing and gaining weight like it was my job, I was done. Done beating myself up. Done starving. Done binging. Done putting the keys to my self-worth inside a pair of skinny jeans. I spent years reprogramming my brain and finding ways to accept myself for who I am and what I look like, regardless of what the number on the scale said. I immersed myself in the body positivity movement and it saved my sanity. I finally learned to love myself – fully. I felt better, like I could breathe again.
But at the same time, I knew I wasn't my fully being my best self if I was overweight, and on the road to putting myself at risk for disease. Not to mention, not feeling entirely confident in my skin. Yes, I loved myself. But I didn't love my reflection because I knew, deep down, it wasn't me. Being 100% honest here.
And then recently it hit me – you CAN be body positive. You CAN love your body. And STILL want it to be leaner, stronger, smaller, and healthier. You can love your body, and want to make it better.
I had made “weight loss” a dirty term because I thought wanting to lose weight meant you didn’t love yourself. And that’s completely untrue.
What a revelation.
And we all know a good revelation leads to a revolution…
In this episode, I'm sharing how I gained a completely NEW perspective on weight loss, and have already lost over 10 pounds in 3 weeks in the most positive, effortless way possible.

You know who I love to follow online? Grassroots girls who are doing business THEIR way. Girls running shit out of their bedrooms. Girls with an insatiable hunger for success, believing with every single ounce of their soul that their small business in their small town is WORTH it.
I don't follow the "big" coaches, public figures, or super popular entrepreneurs. I am alllll about the DIY hustle. I don't need to see fancy photo shoots at expensive hotels in faraway exotic lands. I wanna see you in your living room with your dog packing up makeup orders. I wanna see your selfies, in your workout clothes, helping others, in your little corner of the world.
Unknown. Underground. Girls with SICK potential and grit and glamour and an unfuckwithable drive. THAT is what inspires me. In this quick episode, I'm telling you why PROGRESS beats PERFECTION any day of the week. If you've been holding back because you don't feel you have "enough" to offer, then this episode is for you.
It's my birthday! As I enter my 38th year of life and my 10th year as a blogger-turned-coach-turned-author-turned self-empowered woman, I have a LOT on my mind. I've been thinking about how I want to continue showing up in the world. As a woman. As a business woman. As someone who has a lot of eyes on her, and a massive platform to express herself through and help women.
I'm going to admit something: I sometimes edit myself. I sometimes hold back on saying things I really want to say because I don't want to offend people. Or ruffle feathers. Know what's interesting? I NEVER did this in the beginning of my career. Because nobody was really paying attention. And if they weren’t paying attention, they weren’t judging. And if I wasn’t being judged I felt safe.
But as I've grown and become more of a public figure, I fell into the habit of biting my tongue. This isn't to say I haven't been real, but I've held back on expressing my thoughts at times because frankly, I just don't want to deal with people's reactions. I don't like negativity.
But I just can't go on muting myself because someone may have a problem with something I do or say. I can't risk MY truth because of someone else's response to it. In this episode, I'm digging into why we should all be unapologetically ourselves, why that doesn't mean we're being "bitches", and why we need to take some of the pressure off others who we admire.
In this episode, I'm breaking down how and why last week was my biggest week EVER in business. From the mindset shifts I made, to what I needed to let go of to make it happen, I'm letting you guys in for a behind-the-scenes look so that you can use some of these strategies to push yourself and cultivate your own success. I'm also sharing my perspective on why you shouldn't be scared to put yourself out there and sell your products and services and why it's really SO much easier than you think.
If you're an entrepreneur who has been in business for less than 5 years and you're still not experiencing the success you desire, consider joining my brand new masterclass: StyleYourMindForSuccess.com. I'm giving you 7 weeks of on-demand exclusive coaching in both audio and digital content that will help you make the mindset shifts necessary for reaching the next level in your business and in your life.
