Let's talk about IMPOSTER SYNDROME! Have you ever felt like a total fraud? Put an insane amount of pressure on yourself and STILL felt out of place? As the saying goes, "With every level comes a new devil" and boy did I experience it recently. I just submitted the first full draft for my next book - my best book to date - and it put me through the ringer. In this episode I'm talking about what happens when you level up and EXPAND. Because new shit comes up. And we have to learn how to deal. I'm sharing the strategies I used to get through the writing process and stay sane. Grab a pen! This is a good one.

Has anyone ever told you to be more realistic? Well I've got news for you: reality is completely different for everyone. And nobody has the right to tell you what yours should look like! For years, people told me I was living in a dream world and guess what? I am! And it's fabulous. When I look around at my life, it looks totally different than most people's, but it's real for me. And your fantasy world can be real for you, too.

In this episode, I am giving you my personal step-by-step guide to dreaming BIG and embodying the woman you want to be.

Have you ever had one of those days where you just feel awesome? Everything feels in flow, you feel clear, energized, ideas are flowing, you feel creative and just in the zone? That is what it means to be in a high vibe. It’s basically that feeling where you believe EVERYTHING is possible and nothing can get in your way. (I love those days!)

On the flip side, there’s that state of being in a LOW vibration. That’s where you feel stuck, frustrated, jealous, BROKE, drained. All those crappy feelings that NOBODY has time for.

If you’ve struggled with getting into that HIGH VIBE state, there are some ways you can shift your energy instantly so that you can feel fabulous and start attracting amazing things into your life and I'm sharing them all in this episode.

I'm also sharing a personal story about how I shifted my vibration before leaving my full-time job to pursue my dreams. Because I do not believe we can live our best lives while we're in a low vibration. All change starts with our ENERGY.

POWER QUOTES from this episode:

"You have every opportunity in every moment of every day to choose a high vibration."

"What we attract is a direct reflection of our energetic state."

This episode's MANTRA:

"My natural vibration is of joy, clarity, energy and love. I redirect any thoughts that do not serve my highest self."

THANK YOU to our sponsor!

Most of us learned from a young age to equate success with money and power. We hold high-powered CEOs, rich entrepreneurs and celebrities on pedestals, assuming that because they are “successful,” they have it all. We click through their Instagram feeds in awe, we binge-watch their reality television shows, and we spend our hard-earned money to see them speak and perform. But do we ever wonder if they are actually HAPPY?

I invite you to redefine success with me today. I invite you to acknowledge that SUCCESS IS A STATE OF MIND. Something we all have access to. Something we can choose to tap into. And in this episode, I'm showing you how.

Power quotes from this episode:

"When we operate from a place of power, we understand that if we believe we are successful, then we are."

"I invite you to acknowledge that success is a state of mind and it is something we all have access to."

Have you ever found yourself clicking around on Instagram or Facebook innocently enough, looking for “inspiration” – only to find yourself feeling totally consumed by someone else's life or business? I know its happened to me, and its happened to pretty much EVERY single woman I know.

In this episode, I'm giving you actionable tips for how to get out of "compare and despair" mode, elevate your thinking, and stop thinking about what SHE'S got and start focusing on what YOU have.

Power quotes from this episode:

"One of the most common qualities of the evolved woman, as I love to call her, is that she does not allow feelings of comparison to swallow her whole."

"When you have mastered yourself, you naturally celebrate another woman: her beauty, her success, and her accomplishments."

"When you stand in your own power, competition dissolves."

“We can’t become what we need to be by remaining who we are” - Oprah.

When we release something from our lives, we allow ourselves to detach from thoughts, feelings, people, and situations that are no longer meant to take up space. Whether it’s a relationship that has run its course, or a job that is no longer a fit for you, or a home you once lived in, we must let go of these things to invite the new. We must let go of the past in order to evolve. And as I always say, an evolving mind is a healthy mind. In this episode, I'm giving you actionable tools on how to let go and start enjoying the next phase of your life.

In this episode, I'm answering a listener question and diving into the psychology of self-sabotage. I discovered the power of mantras and affirmations when I first read The Secret about eight years ago. As a word lover, I was so excited to learn how to choose words with intention to literally design my life. Ever since, I have created mantras for myself almost daily to remind me that I am in control of how I want to feel, and I am in control the way I want to live my life. It sounds simple, but we really do choose our thoughts, which ultimately shape the direction of our lives. In this episode, I'm sharing a few of my favorites and reminding you to think about what you're available for in your life. Enjoy!
